Meet our hero Omar!

Omar was found on an extremely hot day and brought to us.

He had collapsed on the street, no more strength to keep going.

He drank liters of water and needed a lot of rest

And medical care.

His eyes were completely infected and he had old and new wounds all over his body and his fur showed a state of severe neglect.

Omar recovered really well , tested negative to leischmaniosa and heartwormand. He is a happy healthy dog now. But we could not recover his eyes. Omar is blind.

But that doesn’t stop him from being a brave and happy dog who loves to go for a walk(and even a run) he loves to play with his toys and he loves people. He is sweet and soft and a real cuddly bunny.

Being blind means being vulnerable and Omar therefor is defensive towards other dogs..

So we keep him on his own at the shelter.

But he loves all people and is super affectionate to everyone

So we are looking for that special person

Who is dedicated enough to adopt a dog with a handicap

Omar is about 5 years old,

27 kg ( he can do with a little more)

And 55 cm high

And the biggest sweetheart you could wish for
