Jules is a mini podengo who was found on the streets on his own. He found a girlfriend he felt safe with, but her owners didn’t want to keep him too so he came to us.

He is a scared dog who has not yet learned to fully trust humans. At the shelter, he is making progress and getting used to the idea that people can be kind, bring you treats and take you for walks. Much of that he is learning from the other dogs in his kennel group, who he is very happy with and loves to play with. He’ll need lots of time to settle in a new environment and will need the help of another dog to really relax, we don’t think he would do well as an only dog. With love and patience, Jules will be able to forget about a difficult start in life.

Jules is about a year old and weighs 9kg.
