Debbie had an owner who adored her and took great care of her. She slept on the owner’s bed, was sterilised and fully vaccinated and generally treated like a princess. When her owner had to go to an old people’s home, a neighbour said that they would look after Debbie. But when the owner later died, the neighbour put Debbie out on the street and now not even the owner’s family are interested in her.
So poor Debbie is now with us. She has spent all of her 11 years in a loving home, now she is at the shelter and she hates it. She has been with us for a few weeks now and can’t settle, she cries all the time. She is a lovely little dog who is fully housetrained, walks well on the lead and is sociable with everyone. She just wants to be back in a warm home and would make the perfect companion for anyone who can offer her that.
Debbie weighs around 8kg.
