Lova is one of a group of dogs who had an owner, but the owner had mental health issues and forgot to take care of them. Effectively they lived on the streets, being fed by neighbours who also arranged for the females to be sterilised and puppies to be adopted. Eventually there were just three dogs left, and the neighbours were able to provide more care and properly socialise them. Unfortunately, they couldn’t have them all in their own house so the three started to roam around and complaints were made. Now they are at the shelter and are ready to find their own homes.
Lova is Ivar’s mother. She loves people and is sweet and calm, with a strong personality that makes her a natural leader. She is in a group of 13 dogs at the kennel and they all show her respect. She weighs 30kg and is around 3 years old.
